Product Application
    FA102B and FA102C single-axial flow opening machines are suitable for processing various grades of raw cotton and serve as highly efficient pre-cleaning equipment. The raw material fed into the machine undergoes dust removal, followed by multiple rounds of even, intensive, and gentle beating in a free state, achieving thorough opening. During the opening process, impurities are separated from the fibers. The impurities are discharged through dust bars, while the opened and cleaned fibers are conveyed via a cotton transport pipeline to the next process.
